some concern has been raised to the current draw of the small pager motors that will be used to create motion on the tentacles. We had prepared for using trransistos in arrays to deal with the current. but there may now be concern to total current requirements in excess of 18 amps. This would require perhaps a different circuit arrangement

Since posting up to this point has been somewhat pointless, I will now begin to give regular updates on our project "nervous Machine"

I have joined the "Nervous Machine" group with Steve, Paul, and Tom. We will create a machine that depicts how a small person would feel when approaching a large ominous machine, but with rolls reversed. Now when a large machine is approached by a small person, the machine will feel apprehension and nerviousness. We are looking at something that creates a shaking reaction when approached and we would also like to include possibly some lights, or body movement. Overall design will be of a metallic, heavy, and sturdy design.
